Joe was PERFECT!! I feel terrible that I forgot all about writing a review until now, coming onto Thumbtack for another project. Joe got my CALDERA HOT TUB working well. Seriously, Joe could not have been any better in any way. He was punctual, professional, knowledgeable, educational, speedy, and extremely reasonably priced. He taught me lots about my own hot tub and how things work, and followed up with me afterwards to make sure everything was going well and to help me balance my chemicals by phone. I will never use anyone else as long as Joe is available!
