Introduction: I am the only independent factory trained and certified pellet stove technician in NH and Mass. Other technicians with my experience and certifications work for the dealerships. We all know that dealerships do charge a premium for their services. At Solstice, we are available 24/7 to tend to your pellet stove service needs. The dealerships are available 3 days a week 9-5. We want to be your pellet stove service experts. I love dealing with people, and sharing the excitement heating with wood pellets will bring. I love to hear about the phone calls my customers receive from their oil company, inquiring about the dramatic drop in oil usage.

Steve is great! He was able to diagnose the problem with my stove by just looking at it. He then fixed it in about 20 min. Not only was Steve very nice and professional, but he clearly knows his stuff when it comes to pellet stoves. He only charged me 75.00 dollars also. I bought my stove at Stovekeepers ion Brookline NH. They were very rude to me, were not at all helpful when I had a problem with my stove. They did offer to come out to my house next week, and charge me 155.00 to look at the stove. Solstice came to my home the next day after my call, fixed my stove, and only charged me 75.00! Not only that, but it was a pleasure to deal with Steve and his company. Highly recommended.

I have had Steve come to my house 3 times this year for cleaning and general issues with a very difficult to maintain and service stove. He has been great about it; I would highly recommend him to anyone. His knowledge and professionalism truly is a step above the competition.

We had been using Steve / Solstice Pellet Stove Solutions for the general cleaning of our very old Whitfield (Warnock Hersey) Pellet Stove, and recently had him install our new Harman P43 Pellet Stove. We are very impressed with his reliability in returning calls and showing up when he says he will. He went out of his way to save us money and made suggestions that would help us in the future. He was very helpful in teaching us how to use our new stove as well as the general self maintenance that we need to keep the stove in shape. Steve seems like someone who is not in the business just to make money, but rather someone who enjoys what he does and helping people.
