I want to first say how thankful I am to have found a realtor who was willing to work with us from out of state. It spoke to us volumes of his professional work ethic, but also his care for people in general who need services that arent always easy to accommodate when not even in the same state. He was willing to make sure we got video tours of all the properties we requested to see, as well as when it was time to make an offer, He helped us put in our offer in a way that it was accepted. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
There are always discounts available on the listing side, and incentives for buyers as well, especially Veterans. Always happy to honor Vets.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I need to get to know them and their plans and motives. Me knowing that they want to buy or sell a home is good, but knowing how that plan is part of the bigger picture in their life helps me to really know how to serve them best.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have taken hours of extra training to get special designations that qualify me to serve my clients at a higher level. I am both a certified Seller Representative Specialist, (SRS) as well as an Accredited Buyer Representative. (ABR) I have also taken classes to learn how to better serve Veterans in their housing needs.
