Mike and his crew renovated our porch. Which entailed new roof, ceiling, floor, windows, insulation, gutters. He also found rotted wood around the porch and removed and replaced it. He is very reliable and willing to make any changes. We highly recommend Mike for his professionalism and craftsmanship. Thank you Mike and Danny for an excellent job in giving us a beautiful new porch!

What a terrific experience. We hired K&M to help us seal up the house after a mouse infestation in a brand new house. He found a ton of places to block and fixed every one. But then, when he was in the basement he noticed that we were missing insulation in the crawl space. It was not a terrific spot, and spooky. That did not stop this company! They came back the next day with the insulation, cleaned out the crawl space and removed the debris, and fixed it perfectly.
Not only were these the nicest guys to deal with, but they were fair, honest, and they went out of their way to make sure we were in a safe, mouse free, dwelling. Whenever Mike Sheehan and Danny say they will be there, they will be there on time. You will get a call if there needs to be a change in time. They never left us hanging. They clearly know what they are doing in a lot of home situations from building to fixing, this company is the one to call for work that is done, done right the first time, and done professionally. We highly recommend them.

K&m home solution was my first choice, and it was a good one. I hired him to fix the roof and my main entrance door. He arrived on time for all the appointment s scheduled. He started work on time, finished early, and went the extra mile by coming back to fix the door. I will definitely be hiring him again and finish the remaining of the roof and maybe other projects. Highly recommend.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our competitive prices are based on the type of project to be done. We do offer discounts for Veterans and seniors
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our first step is to meet with you to discuss the project. We will then complete a formal proposal for the work to be performed, which is often emailed. If you agree with the proposal, I have my insurance agent email you a certificate of insurance and we then discuss a start date.
