We called Brian for help after a shower installation left a gap between the existing tile and the new tub. Brian came out quickly to take a look and make a game plan and then completed the job a few days later. While he was here, he also patched a section of tile where the grout kept coming up. We are very pleased with the results!

I’m very glad we found Brian via Thumbtack. He responded right away, was very helpful in answering my questions, and did an excellent job installing an engineered hardwood floating floor over some dated tile.
He did great work and was a pleasure to be around. He also brought creative solutions to a few areas around appliances and thresholds. I’d recommend him to anybody looking for quality work.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I’m not the most expensive but I’m also not the cheapest. Any installer (or any tradesman) that is available immediately and is very inexpensive compared to others should raise flags. Check previous jobs.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I will schedule a no cost or obligation visit to measure and estimate the job cost along with helping the customer choose the correct floor for their desired look and needs.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My training was on the job in 1978. I’ve had to evolve over the years with the introduction of new products
