How I wish we had hired FJDM to refinish our floor from the outset. The fellow we did hire bragged continually about his 30+ years of experience, complained loudly about his aching back and knees, and never worked more than 3 hr/day, those hours punctuated generously with smoke breaks and “rests.” Ultimately, I could have forgiven the laziness and lack of professionalism had the floor come out perfectly. Sadly, it was a full-on mess. By contrast, Francisco of FJDM was always professional in his dealings with us. He was punctual and pleasant. On arriving at our home, he would greet us cordially, and then get to work immediately. He was meticulously neat such that there was little to no dust for us to clean up throughout the house. Francisco even went so far as to clean the former refinisher’s dust from the windows and woodwork. I was deeply impressed by this man’s attention to detail and his insistence on doing a job as well as it could be done. Do not hesitate to hire FJDM for your floor refinishing needs. He will not disappoint!
