- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I offer remote Pre-Planning to complete planning preparations between $150 to $350. Day of Event coordination services include creating timelines, scheduling consultation calls, decorating & rentals, set up/break-down, and timeline implementation for a minimum of $200 for 4 hours up to $400, plus additional fees for decorative creations such as arches, florals, ballooning, centerpieces, etc.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I first want to take a few minutes for a complimentary scheduled call to learn about my client's visions, needs, and expectations of the services needed. Not every client or event is the same. Once any questions are answered and contract is sent with the details requested by the client. Once the deposit and contract are submitted, a planner template is sent and the work begins.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Creating and coordinating events has been my passion since high school. With over 30 years of successful events done out of this passion, I became a professional after opening our venue in 2023. I love seeing client's visions come to fruition and as a professional, I bring a friendly and caring approach to client's and guests.
