As an event planner and coordinator, Claudine provides over ten years of professional experience with a family-friendly approach. Our goal is to exceed your expectations at a price you can afford. As your personal assistant for your wedding, birthday, graduation, shower, reunion, or celebration, I will provided a board of suggestions and recommendations after our complementary consultation. The pre-planning service will begin to form your vision into a reality. If you so choose, my services will also vary your plans through your Day Of event. I provide a family-friendly approach and will provide the best possible service so your guests will remember your celebration for a lifetime. We also provide a the Venue at the Ponderosa which is on a 20 acre property which offers an outdoor ceremony and reception area full of amazing and peaceful views of fields and mountain ridges. It can accommodate up to 150 guests and pricing packages available for a three day rental which gives plenty of time to set up, celebrate, and pack up. The Ranch, Airbnb, is a 3 bedroom home that provides as a great place to get ready for your special event. It has has a a great room which can accommodate up to 40 seated guests and a dining area spacious enough for a buffet and refreshment stations. The Ranch also sleeps up to 10 guests. We also provide full, partial, and day of event planning coordinating.

Claudine and her two helpers were amazing. We had a change of plans last minute and she just went with the flow. She was a joy to talk to and work with. We will definitely use her again!!! If I could give 10 stars I would!!

Claudine was absolutely amazing on our wedding day as our day-of coordinator! We got married at a state park on the side of a mountain and had a lot of coordinating to do regarding our DIY ceremony set up with a huge floral arbor and decor/ food for our cocktail hour on site. Claudine was so helpful. She coordinated with our friends and families, rental company, our florist, and all other vendors to pick up and drop off items, and set up everything and broke everything down seamlessly. She even helped out with our ceremony music by pressing play/stop on our wedding playlist! I didn’t have to worry about anything on the actual day and I was so grateful that I could trust everything was taken care of! Best day ever, and I highly recommend Claudine as your wedding coordinator!

She ensured our ceremony in the forest ‘chapel’ and the reception flowed effortlessly, handling everything behind the scenes so we could fully enjoy the day. Venue at the Ponderosa was the wedding venue of our dreams!! Claudine and her family went above and beyond to make our wedding as special as possible. You can see the incredible amount of work and passion that goes into the upkeep of the property and the quality of service provided. We could always reach Claudine and she always took into account every request as well as provided many helpful suggestions which demonstrates how knowledgeable she is. We overall loved the property and really enjoyed getting to work with her and her husband. We can wait to plan another stay on the property, maybe to celebrate our wedding anniversary on the future!
