Claudia and her team did a wonderful job for my daughter's 4-year old birthday party as a entertainer/ party coordinator. They kept the kids entertained with games and made sure the flow was smooth. It was such a big help for me so that I could spare quality time to interact with guests. Other than that, she is easy to reach and great in communication.
We are so grateful that Claudine was a part of our big day. We worked with Claudine as the day of coordinator for our June wedding, but she helped us with much more than that. We knew Claudine and her assistants meant business as soon as they walked in with name tags and big smiles. There was truly a lot to keep track of the entire day— from directing lawn games in the afternoon and ferry departures in the evening, to the unexpected added duty of cake cutting and serving, Claudine was on top of it. She was highly organized, very professional, and went above and beyond the entire time. Everything ran so smoothly thanks to her and it truly couldn't have been a better day!

Claudine is all the things!!! She effortlessly pulled all my ideas & planning together. From the little details to communicating with other vendors, she is truly so talented at perfecting the details and flow of your wedding day. She’s quick to troubleshoot any issue that may come up and I couldn’t imagine anyone else I would have survived this day with. From a girl who does everything herself who became a bride, i was able to trust her as my “right hand man” so that I could enjoy my day. All the guests complimented how helpful she was.
What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I offer remote Pre-Planning to complete planning preparations between $150 to $350. Day of Event coordination services include creating timelines, scheduling consultation calls, decorating & rentals, set up/break-down, and timeline implementation for a minimum of $200 for 4 hours up to $400, plus additional fees for decorative creations such as arches, florals, ballooning, centerpieces, etc.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I first want to take a few minutes for a complimentary scheduled call to learn about my client's visions, needs, and expectations of the services needed. Not every client or event is the same. Once any questions are answered and contract is sent with the details requested by the client. Once the deposit and contract are submitted, a planner template is sent and the work begins.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Creating and coordinating events has been my passion since high school. With over 30 years of successful events done out of this passion, I became a professional after opening our venue in 2023. I love seeing client's visions come to fruition and as a professional, I bring a friendly and caring approach to client's and guests.
