The crew left several of my windows open, did not clean several windows AT ALL, and did not close storm windows properly. Very disappointed after I walked around my house to check on what they did. Wrote my initial response BEFORE I SAW THE RESULT OF THEIR WORK, WILL NOT USE THEM AGAIN. 8/2/22 AUTUMN returned today to rectify the windows that were not cleaned or inadequately cleaned. She did all the windows I marked for her and we got the job done. I appreciate that this company was willing to "make things right" and have told them to make sure the client knows how many staff they send to do the job; 3 people came out to clean 15 downstairs windows and took 3 hours at $65.00 per man hour.

Jeff was very responsive on the first visit and I was excited to have found the company. Sincethen, we have not seen them nor have they done as they first promised to do. We have been left high and dry the rest of this summer. Then I get a final email saying he sent my last email to another company without consulting me. So begins the review of the first and only visit the company made early this summer.Jeff is very responsive to requests and the company does outstanding work. Outside maintenance was my primary focus. They cleared a spare lot of fallen, and dead trees, trimmed around the wooded areas gardens and removed a partial tree and roots to make way for a new dog wood that is good for zone 4.When walking the wooded property, Jeff was extremely knowledgeable about the health of the trees and shared his extensive this with us.R2Property Management Company handles the communication on line making appointments, billing and sending reminders. It has been a joy working with them and look forward to continuing with them. No

We work very hard to be fair and host. We have consistent and competitive pricing against all other licensed and insured companies. Many companies in the lakes region have no general liability and workers comp, we can not be competitive against these types of companies.
