Mike was the absolute best person to repair my laptop hinge. He's extremely professional, friendly, and shared the entire process with me. He sent me a quote before getting my permission to begin, and the price was the same when he was finished with the repair. Mike even picked up and dropped off my laptop so I did not have to leave my home. - What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?With all lines of business, rates change as the economy does. We currently operate at an hourly rate plus the cost of equipment and supplies required. We offer flat pricing on some in-shop work.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I hold a Degree in Computer Science, have over 15 years in the IT field and keep up with current technology with continued training.
- What types of customers have you worked with?My most common projects are problematic or new Wi-Fi setups, Laptop Repairs/Upgrades and support for Small Businesses on various technologies. I also provide Managed IT Services to many businesses across the country.
