I contacted Pixelated Tech regarding my new computer I attempted to build on my own. Michael was incredibly professional in not a stuffy way but in a way I felt I could trust. Any questions I had were answered inside of an hour [if not right away]. What I got back as a final product was a pristine build, it was neatly organised and assembled and I felt like the updates I received kept me involved in the process. With all lines of business, rates change as the economy does. We currently operate at an hourly rate plus the cost of equipment and supplies required. We offer flat pricing on some in-shop work.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I hold a Degree in Computer Science, have over 15 years in the IT field and keep up with current technology with continued training.
What types of customers have you worked with?
My most common projects are problematic or new Wi-Fi setups, Laptop Repairs/Upgrades and support for Small Businesses on various technologies. I also provide Managed IT Services to many businesses across the country.
