Introduction: My name is Andrea and I am from Rio de Janeiro and I want to teach you how to breath through your moves. I have been in a yoga world around 18 years and is a lot experience to take you to your next level. Come with me and learn the Journey Into Power. I could not have a better instructor to start my yoga journey. Andrea is very friendly and professional at the same time . She respects my limitations, but makes me work hard always pushing me to do my best . My breathing capacity improved a lot with the exercises , helping me to relax and sleep better ....... thanks Andrea.

I am a beginner yoga student. Andrea did a fabulous job explaining the yoga positions and inspired me to continue... I am in my fifties and have wanted to start yoga but always put it off .... after 5 sessions with Andrea I can’t wait to continue! She’s the best!

Andrea is a cheerful young woman with exceptional strength. I am an 80 yr old diabled male. She is assisting me (for about a month) in regaining my ability to stand and walk.?Andrea appears quite knowledgeable in yoga. Peter B
