He said my primary control was bad, and it could have been a safety issue, he had the parts needed and was quick to arrive and to fix it. He will be coming back for my regular cleaning this fall and any other service I need in the future.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have Completed The oil burner. course Hampshire mechanical trades I have completed AC and refrigeration training there also. I have taken the time off from jobs to complete my LG Excellence Certification extending a customers warranty from 5/7 to 10/10 on any installations I do and it is transferable, it stays with the system for the full 10 Years. When I see training available I will schedule my work around it so that I can complete extra training on oil and air-conditioning System my goal is to be local expert.
