Jared Steer Percussionist

Introduction: Jared Steer a well-known drum educator and performer residing in the central NH area. He teaches all levels: from very beginner to advanced students. His subjects range from basic technique to band, orchestra, jazz, funk, rock, Afro-Cuban, African, hand drums, mallets, etc. Hiscurrent and former students have been accepted to NH All State and NH Jazz All State. Some have gone on to further their studies at colleges such as Berklee College of Music, UNH, SUNY Potsdama and Plymouth State University, and others are career musicians. Jared has a BA in jazz performance and has furthered his studies with some of the world's foremost drummers such as Bob Gullotti, Bob Moses, Jeff Ballard, Steve Michaud, Jerry Leake and Dave Dicenso.
