- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We have a standard pricing structure that includes a per month percentage of rents and on-boarding fee. All pricing is upfront and transparent. Rates vary per rental type (short term, mid-term, long term).
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We are transparent with our processes and have an organized onboarding process as well as monthly operating statements. Upon first contact, we will introduce ourselves and our services, as well as forward our descriptive homeowners packet.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Licensed NH Real Estate Broker, are active Real estate investors, and have been around builders and investors our whole life. We are also members of The National Association of Rental Property Managers.
