Booked plow service at the end of last season. Originally showed up to see the site and we didn't get much snow thereafter. This season began, and in first real storm, they did not show up at all, after having confirmed earlier in the season we were in the schedule. No communication whatsoever during or after storm -- ghosted multiple text messages and a voicemail phone calls. Had to shovel driveway entirely by hand and now scrambling to find alternate driver before the next storm. Do not hire if you want a reliable service.
