I wanted to add ceiling fans to our bedrooms but that is a project way above my skill level. He actually answered the phone which was great. We scheduled for him to come see what needed to be done and he had it done within hours. Was professional the entire process and made it look like he was never there. This was one of the better contractor experiences I have had and will be contacting him again for future projects

My rate is $150 for the first hour, which includes the travel fee. After the first hour, the rate is $125 per hour, plus the cost of materials as needed. Please note that prices may vary depending on the scope and complexity of the job.

Typical Process: 1. Initial Contact – Customer reaches out to discuss their needs. 2. Estimate & Scheduling – I provide a rough estimate and schedule a time for the job. 3. On-Site Assessment – I arrive, review the work, confirm pricing, and begin the job. 4. Work Completion – The job is completed efficiently and to code. 5. Final Walkthrough & Payment – I review the work with the customer, answer questions, and collect payment.
