Tom was wonderful! I met him briefly when he arrived at my wedding early and of course I had a billion things going on. He was very courteous and kind, complementing the venue. After that I didn't physically see him until the reception, but in looking at the lovely photos he took, boy was he busy! The plan was to take photos right before the reception during appetizers, but Tom knew that then sun would be too much of an issue. He was very flexible in helping us get the best photos possible for our special day, and Great Island Photography absolutely delivered! Our families loved the photos and caught so many lovely memories that no one else had captured. We will treasure these forever. Thank you so much, Tom and Lindsay!

We used Great Island for our Photographer and Videographer at our wedding ceremony and reception. The events were held on different dates at very different locations and the photographers were flexible enough to attend both! My only complaint was the video, the quality of the film was great, but the sound was poor. This is mostly our fault however, as we held the ceremony next to a river on a windy day. They were able to make the video quickly available for our reception, where it was shown for our guests.

Tom was very thoughtful with his photography. I couldn't have asked for a better photographer for our small wedding! He did both traditional and more creative portraits and group shots and was great at suggesting ways to best use the space. Thanks!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We prefer to quote each request individually. Once we have a conversation with a client concerning their needs we can usually reduce the fee. This is particularly true with wedding quotes, couples tend to over estimate the number of hours required. With out a conversation we have to utilize a shotgun approach to set a fee.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Need a conversion with the client.
