Dani has done multiple meals at my home now, and each bite has been a pleasure. From the savory decadence of fiddlehead ricotta pasta and bacon wrapped sirloin, to the French toast made from a croissant bun with chocolate sunflower butter and apricot jam, Dani makes my kitchen feel like the best mix of a high end restaurant and learning a recipe from a cool aunt. Warm, friendly and with a clear love for cooking, Dani will prep, cook, and clean effortlessly. The meals were delicious but truly, her efficiency is as impressive in its own right. The precision of the sliced veggies sized to the perfect bite, the intentionality of appetizer to meal to dessert that leaves you full but not stuffed, having Dani cook for you is an excuse to really go wild with ingredients. I’m still day dreaming about the freshest tacos I’ve ever had from Dani, the bite of the cilantro and the gentle tang of mango were just the epitome of a summer time meal. Unpretentious, Dani is a great listener who engages with clients with respect and curiosity. I was thrilled when we made use of fiddleheads from a local farmers market, and her clear delight in being able to make a culinary dream come true added to the great vibe of the meal.
