Arthur did a good job power-washing the outside of our house in prep for the sale of the house. Unfortunately, he was sloppy in that applying high-intensity pressure-washing to our outdoor motion sensor causing it to break. After several days, he has refused to come back to fix which means we are going to have to spend money to hire another pro to repair what Arthur broke.
