What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Yes. I take workshops as often as I can at least 3 a year. I study from the very best life coaches in the field. Martha Beck, Cheryl Richardson and other coaches that specialize in my field. I also work with my own coach. Before I am a coach I am a human being and life happens. I want to be the very best I can be for my clients so If something arises in my own life that needs attention I tend to it immediately.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
From my own personal life. a divorce and all the changes that came with that. I worked with my own life coach for 2 years. I also watched a program called, "Starting Over" Two life coaches and a therapist who worked with people in empowering their lives. I watched as these people did the work and transformed their life.
