- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing varies on what we are doing, depends on if it is just dog walking, or what type of training.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I always have a first appointment, where I just meet and get to know you and the dog(s)! Then from there we discuss goals, expectations and a plan of action.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Over a decade of experience of volunteer work, and working with trainers.
