- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I typically use industry standard pricing adjusted for unforeseen circumstances. Repair of rot, insect damage, and other hidden damage is completed on a time and material basis.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I can sometimes give a sight-unseen estimate based on experience. There is no replacement for an in person measure to get the ball rolling.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a Pella certified installer of doors and windows. Always try to keep up with the ever changing world of building science. Knowledge of building systems, and air water management is key to successful projects.
