I was explained everything that would be done and then walked through all the steps of empty the water in the baseboard heating since we had air stuck in it and there was air escape valve for some reason. New valves were installed. All the air let out and now there is no more noise through the pipes whenever the baseboard heating turns on.

Joshua came to my house because I wanted to install smart thermostats. He looked at the wiring configuration we had in the house which was built in 1940 and let me know what I needed to do to make it accessible to be able to install smart thermostats. He really knows what he's talking about. He also pointed me in the direction of a Massachusetts website where I could purchase the thermostats for a fraction of the cost it would cost me if I had purchased them somewhere else. He was very honest, and arrived when he said he was going to be here. Anytime I texted Joshua with a question, he would always reply within 24 hours. Not only is he courteous, professional, but he spends extra time to get the job done. I will be leaving another HVAC company in the area soon and Joshua will be getting all of my business!
