- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We charge a $150 diagnostic fee, which will be applied as a credit towards the repair if you hire us. Once we diagnose the issue, we provide you with a clear and upfront price, so you know exactly how much the repair will cost before we start working on it.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
All new customers get a 10% discount on their first service with us!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
With over a decade of experience in residential HVAC, I have also served as an HVAC instructor at a trade school. I am certified in numerous brands, including Bosch, Mitsubishi, LG, Nest, Ecobee, and more.
