John is very knowledgeable, professional, and personable making the workout fun and something I am looking forward too. I did his 21 day special and was so impressed by his knowledge base, enthusiasm and sincerity I have decided to continue with him and purchase an extended training program. This club is great. I've been working out for over 40 years and have never had better workouts than here. The ARX equipment is amazing and John and Marina are the kind of people you enjoy working with.

This is a state of the art facility. If youre looking for a gym that is on the cutting edge of training and recovery technology this is it. They have online scheduling, easy parking and a beautiful clean space. Even though its a good sized gym with lots of equipment, you still get the personal attention from the owners themselves. Great people, great gym, great atmosphere.

This is what a gym is supposed to be: comfortable, friendly, personal and personalized, next-gen technology, actually-expert staff (not just last-century conventional wisdom), convenient, pay-as-you-go or month-to-month contract, zero sales pressure, and comprehensive - body, mind, diet, exercise, mental, physical. One of the few places with ARX machines in the country - everything you thought about weightlifting is wrong. Come check it out, you owe it to yourself.
