We started using Pets N Pads in Norman Ok in 2010 and they've been wonderful! They are very attentive to our (and the pets') needs, worked with us if we were delayed from our trip, and checked in with us to let us know how our pets were doing. Our animals love them! We feel OK leaving our animals at home because we know they are taken care of. During our last vacation in May 2011, one of our dogs got sick and the pet sitter was great about getting in touch with us right away and took him to the emergency vet.

Went to Florida on vacation. Pets N Pads took care of my cats. I got a text that everything was ok every time they visited.

FAQs

  • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

I wouldn't say that our pricing is complicated, but it is not as easy as others, so if you visit this website, you will understand perfectly :) http://www.pets-n-pads.com/pricing.html

  • How did you get started doing this type of work?

Well, I have always had pets growing up and have been a part of animal rescues etc. I finally got sick of sitting behind a desk and brain stormed...What do I love? pizza, dogs, ice cream, cats, babies, rabbits....There was a pattern! So, I decided to start my own pet sitting business and I will never go back to that desk! :D

  • What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Be sure to follow your gut! If you have a "weird" feeling about someone who is about to provide services to you in your home, follow that instinct! Ask questions and get as much information about the person/people who will be performing such important duties for you. Hire someone you can trust.
