He was supposed to install a Tongue & Groove Nailed down Eucalyptus wood floor and instead he installed a Click & Lock Eucalyptus wood floor which ended up buckling when it rains. He refuses to install the correct floor,even though I have his estimates,which I paid $5389.70 from, specifying the floor I wanted. Also, he owes me $941 for materials for another job which he has not delivered.
