I had to change my review of this company. They were prompt, $50.00 diagnosis charge, in getting here and diagnosed the problem with my washer by taking it apart. I called them because it was making a noise on the spin cycle. After they told me that I had 3 more years with this washer, if I could put up with the noise, I opted to put off the repair. The next time I used my washer (the next day) it was smoking and smelt like burnt rubber. I call them right away and said they would be here around 4-5 that day. No show so I called again and made an appointment for the next morning at 8:30. NO SHOW so I called them at 9:30 said they would be here around 1 today (they were pushing me purchasing a new machine from them) NO SHOW!!! So I have no choice but to right this review.
