Alejandro and his team exceeded my expectations. He was responsive and a great communicator from start to finish of the project. They painted and installed hardwood flooring in my 4BR home. Alejandro was extremely patient with me (even when I changed my mind about the scope of the project midway through). I plan on working with them again in the fall. Highly recommend!

Alejandro was prompt, punctual and communicated in a timely manner when scheduling conflicts arose. He installed a tile backsplash in my kitchen and replaced a pre-hung door that had a rotted frame. He asked relevant questions (instead of just barreling ahead and potentially making more work for himself - the border tile we initially selected wasn't quite the right shade when he opened the box. He pointed it out instead of just installing it. ) and made the whole process easy. He cleaned up his space after the work was done and was pleasant to have in our home. I'll hire him for future jobs and recommend him to friends and family.

Alejandro was perfect. Every appointment we made, he was right on time. Very professional and clean. I had to have him come by to check something and he was right there the following morning. He is multi talented, so not only did he paint for us, he installed some crown molding as well. I will be using him again.

Alex is building a business and he knows what it takes to meet his goal and realize his dream. He goes an extra step to be sure your expectations are met and your pleased with the job. You don't see that much anymore. He also does much more than paint, he's a jack of all trades and I have already lined up for many more projects around here.

I highly recommend this company and as I said plan to continue hiring Northern Innovations for my home needs. You should to, you won't regret it.
