Luiz responded immediately to my request for a quote and scheduled a time to do the work promptly. On arrival he was friendly and professional. He was enthusiastic about my new home renovation project and steered me toward his reviews of it, which were excellent. My husband and I were excited to move forward with him. We had a little misunderstanding in communication that was quickly resolved when Luiz called me to talk. He was very polite, professional, empathetic and gave me a great and positive view of him and his services. He is trustworthy and passionate about what he does. The reviews he has are a strong indicator he will do a great job, and he will! I highly recommend him!

Luiz Neto has done a beautiful job on our large home. His estimate for the work was very reasonable. He was extremely courteous and responsive to all my needs and concerns and kept in close touch with me throughout the work on my house. When I had changes, he was very understanding and responded positively to all of my questions. The painters that he hires are hard working, careful, helpful and do their work without complaints always with a smile!! When there was an issue with lead in this older home, he was able to solve the problems and was always looking out for our needs. I would, without hesitation recommend Neto's Pro Painting. You will not be disappointed.

We got 4 quotes to paint and have some carpentry done. Luiz was very thorough in his inspection of the house and in his understanding the scope of the work. We picked him for this reason. He and his team worked hard, in all weather, and were very flexible. The house looks amazing. Far better than the previous times we have had it painted. Luiz is a hard working guy who does a great job. I absolutely recommend him and will use him for all my future projects.

I try to do my best a good deal for me and for the costumer, always trying to do my best for the costumer
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I call to the costumer, try to set up a personal meeting, so we can know each other batter, have a conversation, I try to explain all the process, how I work, how I’ll do everything.
