- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I do have some standard pricing but every event is a little different and some other things may come into consideration depending on location and the time I have to prepare in advance.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to give a quick background of myself to let the customer know what kind of person I am and who would be working the event. I make sure I get an idea of the expectations and make sure I can have, and do the requested before we move forward. I like to encourage any questions they may have so I can help answer in advance.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I take time to play with templates and make sure how and if I can create things a certain way so I know what I can offer. When updates to my program come out, I take the time to learn those features as soon as I can to get those up and running!
