- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Not complicated try to charge flat rate by return,based on forms Federal and State needs, always tried efile where available if I have extra to do above and beyond I charge 35.00 an hour for accounting and example of this: you send me a total of your expenses: no charge you send me a bag full of receipts 35.00 an hour. and I do not mind doing it, if you need it
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
always taking new clients like to see the previous tax returns if I can if you are missing tax documents to file We can help you get them
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
every year I have to certified in Taxes and Accounting this includes all the new changes every year. I have to recertified my PTIN ever year with IRS I also have to recertified my CISSP and many hours of continuing education in security field and the tax field as well as recertification purposes for Internal Revenue Service Certified in 2015 for AFSP and every after that
