I had an absolutely incredible experience working with Sarah and her team for my proposal photos. From start to finish, she was a pleasure to work with. She was extremely responsive, which immediately gave me confidence, and her work more than lived up to it. I proposed to my fiancée in the Boston Public Garden in November, a very popular spot. Several photographers told me they wouldn’t shoot there because of the crowds, but Sarah didn’t hesitate. Not only was she willing, she and her team arrived an hour early to secure a prime location and make sure everything went smoothly. She also went above and beyond with logistics and planning. She helped me map out exactly where to stand and how the moment would unfold, and even coordinated with my friends in advance so they could bring a bag of clothes for us to change into after the proposal. Thanks to her preparation, it was incredibly easy to spot her and her team in the park, and everything felt seamless. The photos came out amazing, truly better than we could have hoped for, and she delivered them promptly. I couldn’t be happier with the entire experience. Sarah was extremely prompt and responsive. She was so flexible as my family flew out of town to cape cod and she easily accommodated us to switch dates last minute due to weather. She was so professional and made the shoot quick and seamless in the heat with children! The quality of photos were just as good as my expensive wedding photos for a great price. Appreciate all of the flexibility and capturing our family memories in a beautiful photo shoot!!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I'm luxury photographer who owns a full time business that offers quality customer service and images to each of my clients. My pricing reflects this. I may not be the cheapest but that isn't my goal nor is that sustainable for any legit business My goal is to offer every client top notch service and experience from beginning with my on-boarding up to end with my off-boarding.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once a new clients is booked I send out a welcome email or guide depending upon the job booked. I have my clients follow my blog and ig for new content I create weekly. We connect numerous times before, during, and after your session or event.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Each month I take a new training to keep my skill set updated and fresh. Once a year I attend a photography or photo booth conference or virtual expo to connect with others in the industry and to keep current with latest trends and offerings.
