Introduction: We provide the man power and equipment to complete the work in a timely manner. Before we leave the site we ask the customer if they are satisfied with the work we performed and we make every effort to fix it to make the customer happy. I love meeting the new customer the most. We want the customer to feel like they are dealing with another human who understands that the cost is of concern and that we will plan to keeps cost reasonable to you.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
Along with my profession, I make the new customer aware of the other part before demolition can take place and that is Asbestos and/or Hazardous Waste Removal. Per Town & State requirements, an Asbestos & Hazardous Waste Survey is to be performed, unfortunately my company is not licensed to do that so I provide a list of referrals to the customer so they can get started with that process. Some Demolition companies wait till they have the project to let the customer aware of this.
