- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Yes and no...Simple operations are generally more cost effective than complex, or highly detailed work. i.e. Replacing stairs gives "more bang for the buck" than four piece crown molding in a seldom seen/used office.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Assess the scope of the project, based on their concepts. Design a quality solution utilizing the most cost effective combination of labor and materials, to create a unique product.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Served a 4 year apprenticeship learning the trade. Won national recognition upon completion.
