Tech was professional and knowledgeable. Out of two possible issues, rather than trying the more expensive possible fix, he started with a conservative approach. it was a difficult issue but he fixed it.

Randy came out at the scheduled time for the estimate and surprisingly, was able to fix it on the spot! Very impressed with his professionalism and friendliness. We had a pipe leak and he was in and out quickly. I called the office to schedule and they were very nice as well. Would highly recommend Rooter-man (& Randy)!

We came back to the house with extensive kitchen sink leak. We found another company on yelp & they scheduled an appointment and never showed. We then found Rooter Man on here and they were to our home within 20 minutes. Fixed out problem and diagnosed it in less than an hour. We called them back th next day to finish the second part of the repair and they were out later in the afternoon, about 4 hours and on time within the timeframe they quoted. Though we hope not to need a plumber again, lol Rooter Man will be who we call!
