David is smart and a good listener, which means in my case that he was able to diagnose the problem I was having with my Mac on the basis of my description, then explain it to me clearly and, finally, give me step-by-step directions on how to solve the problem. He walked me through the fix, waited to make totally sure it was done, and charged me a very fair price for his expertise. I would definitely call on him again.

When I buy a new MacBook, I will ask David help me to migrate all my content -- he is so knowledgeable, fast, and tolerant of us Luddites!
