I reached to John of JFP as soon as Thumbtack connected us. Bis reply was prompt and once we discussed the project he had done the document and map review within a day and we set up the day for the survey. He was here on time and went right to work with his partner. They kept me informed and even went above and beyond by marking down the sides where a neighbor was installing a fence to make sure the line was visible. They did a great job.

John and his crew did an outstanding job survey in my property. They researched the deed and obtained a copy of my plot plan. He did a fantastic job at installing corner pins and staking the deputed boundary line. Very pleased with his workmanship.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Hourly rate. It depends on the type of survey work requested. Please keep in mind that I am only licensed to do Survey work in the state of N.H.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Discuss the project with the customer. Research the subject parcel and all of the abutting properties. Review all deeds and plans found. Recon the property to find any existing monuments.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Thompson school of applied science. 35 years of hands on experience working with other surveyors and engineers. I am also a licensed septic system designer in N.H.#399
