Very pleased with interaction with Kaleb when he came out to look at our gutters, one side of house especially giving us issues draining properly after heavy rains. No hard sell on work not needed and gave us good advice on laying down stone to counteract overshoot of an eave. Would recommend even though we didn't go with them for the gutter cleaning.

My old gutters were in bad shape and were causing water damage to the house Had all new gutters with guards installed I was very happy with the work done by Legacy Should have done it a few years ago Caleb was excellent at keeping me informed and explaining what he was doing

The original price quote ended up being 30% higher for a basic gutterinstallation once the job was finished. There were up charges that should have been included in the initial quote price but was added on as extras. Installation started on one day and was completed 4-5 days later once the crew returned.

While we appreciate the connection the reviewer has to our customer, we’d like to clarify that the reviewer is not our direct customer and was not the person who received the quote or approved the work. Not every condition can be anticipated in an initial gutter quote, which is why any additional work and pricing were discussed and approved by our customer beforehand. We also provided a discount. We never perform unapproved work, and there was no lack of communication on our part regarding the necessary changes.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is based upon lineal footage of gutter and downspouts installed. Existing conditions and existing gutters comes in to play as well.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
It’s always helpful for the customer to contact me directly through phone, text or email. The more information you have and even photos help to get the ball rolling so I can build a job profile and pricing.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I'm always researching the latest techniques in effecting installation. I am also always talking to manufacturers and suppliers about latest trends and best practices.
