Introduction: Prior to moving to New England in 2012, I lived on the big island of Hawaii for 26 years where I developed a personal chef and catering business which thrived for over 11 years. I taught myself how to cook as I have always loved it, but received my fine-tuned training on site working at 4- and 5-star restaurants from the time I graduated from high school. I am energetic and dependable with a genuine warmth for my clients and staff.
