Elvin was prompt in coming over to diagnose the problem. He made holes in the downstairs ceiling that enabled him to identify the issue. He did not charge us for this first visit. However he subsequently did now show up on the agreed day to complete the repairs and stopped responding to our queries. We eventually found another party to come and perform the actual repairs.
