100% the attorney you want for a criminal case ! I have 3 prior driving after revocation charges and I walked away again due to Nick Howie’s experience. Legally, I should have done a mandatory minimum of 10 days.
My latest driving after was due to a car accident where the other driver was seriously injured. Somehow Nick Howie got me a continued without a finding for 1 year which means if I stay out of trouble for 1 year this charge comes off my record.
Nick always answered my calls and questions quickly and seemed very confident in the courtroom. I have had other attorneys in the past and Nick is by far the best so far.
I would definitely hire Nick again if I ever need legal help again.
