FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is based on the scope of the job, including the amount of material, type of demolition or junk removal needed, labor involved, and disposal requirements. Every project is a little different, so we provide customized quotes to make sure you’re only paying for exactly what you need. We’re always upfront and transparent with our pricing—no hidden fees or surprises. Once we understand the details of your project, we’ll give you a clear estimate before any work begins. Factors like accessibility, heavy materials, or tight spaces can sometimes affect pricing, but we’ll always explain everything so you know what to expect. Our goal is to offer fair, competitive pricing while delivering high-quality, reliable service that gets the job done right the first time.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our process is simple and designed to make things as easy as possible for our customers. First, we start with a quick conversation to understand the scope of the project—whether it’s demolition, junk removal, or both. From there, we may ask for photos or schedule an on-site visit so we can provide an accurate estimate. Once everything is approved, we schedule a time that works best for you. On the day of the job, our team arrives on time, walks through the project with you, and gets to work right away. We handle everything from demolition to hauling and cleanup. After the job is complete, we make sure the area is clean and ready for the next step, whether that’s renovation or just reclaiming your space. We always aim to make the process smooth, efficient, and stress-free from start to finish.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our experience comes primarily from hands-on training in the field, working on construction, demolition, and property cleanout projects. Over the years, we’ve developed the skills needed to safely and efficiently handle everything from small interior demos to full cleanouts. We’re also knowledgeable in proper safety practices, the use of professional-grade tools and equipment, and responsible disposal methods. Every project we take on is approached with a strong understanding of how to get the job done right while protecting the property and everyone involved. In this line of work, real-world experience and attention to detail go a long way—and that’s exactly what we bring to every job.
