- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My fixed price items are: --Color Analysis and Custom Color Palette and Review of the Palette. All of that is done in two sessions, amounting to about three hours or more for $199. That includes your Custom Color Palette. --Makeup Application Lesson $85 --Some services are by-the-hour at $85/hour. --Prices for other services can be found on my website under Personalized Services and Products. --Prices for cosmetics, skin care, etc., are listed on my web site and can be purchased through my web site. --For those who set up an account on the web site, they will receive Reward points for cosmetics and skin care. ----Reward points are only given for purchase of cosmetics and skin care on the web site. --Gift Certificates for Color Analysis and Color Palettes are available on my web site. --Gift Certificates for products are also available in any dollar amount over $25.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When working with a new customer, I explain: --The process that they are interested in having done. --The cost and all they will receive for their money. --How my color system is much more customized. --The benefits ... How the service or product will benefit them in the future. New Clients fill out a Customer Record Sheet" --I listen to what they expect to get out of the color process. --They can list their image concerns and / or interests. --They can list their season from a prior color analysis. --They can list their skin type. --They will discover how different colors impact or detract from their personal coloring of skin, hair and eyes. It is an eye-opening experience. My services are great for men and women of all ages: --Those graduating from school and starting their first job. --Those going through the interview process for a job promotion. --Brides planning their wedding and trying to decide between a white, ivory or cream gown ... gold or silver wedding rings, etc. --Brides co-ordinating their wedding party colors. --Brides and grooms picking out a wardrobe for their honeymoon. --Teens picking out an enhancing-colored prom gown. --Picking colors for clothing in a photography shoot. Once you start wearing your best colors, people will comment, "You look great!", rather than saying, "I like your shirt, blouse, etc.". --Clients analyzed with over 250 fabric colors. --Make a personal "Custom" Color Palette for them to receive at their second visit or to have sent to them. --For the second part of the consultation, I review their Color Palette with them explaining how to use it to go shopping in a store, catalog or online. --Explain how to arrange their closet with their best colors according to their Custom Color Palette. --Explain how to extend the clothing in their closet with different combinations within their Color Palette --Answer their questions.
