Salem Self Defense Center

Introduction: We provide expert instruction in Krav Maga by certified instructors. We teach hand-to-hand combat and self-defense techniques to help ward off all forms of attacks. Our classes are taught using heart-pumping music to create maximum body motivation. Our students lose weight, develop muscle tone and gain maximum confidence that they can defend themselves in any situation. We are also certified to teach knife, bat, stick, gun and long rifle defenses. Classes are available for kids and adults. We offer classes days and evenings to allow maximum flexibility for most types of work schedules.
