I enjoy working with Bill as he is laid back, humorous and able to instill lessons through different techniques. Bill brings a lot of experience to the table. I don't even feel as though I am at a lesson when we are working on a tune together. His approachable style helps keep guitar playing fun, and the time just flies!

Being new to guitar (6 months since purchasing one) and being 50, I was looking for a teacher that would let me steer what I wanted to learn and what music type I was interested in. From day 1, Bill adapted to my wishes and has been a blast to learn from. His recommendations for what I should learn next have been spot on and I've gone from learning how to hold a guitar all the way through to playing full songs. I can't wait for each weeks lesson.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Not complicated. If I drive to you lessons are $50 an hour. If I can fit you in a "route" I can offer half hour at $25. If you volunteer for my wife's legitimate non-profit I'll give you a better deal!! ask about those details!
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First establish what the goals are. Second assess what level the player is at : absolute beginner, intermediate, semi professional or professional. Discuss the plan we will implement to help acheive your goals quickly and have fun during the process!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a Berklee graduate. I am CONSTANTLY learning Music is AMAZING!!
