- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is all different. That is something you and I can discuss. I always try to make it as affordable and convenient.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My typical process is to get to know you! My goal is to create a relationship with you where you feel comfortable and relaxed, and we can openly communicate about your wants and needs. I want my customers to feel that they are getting the best of the best, and that they are being listened to, and are comfortable knowing they will get the best results! I always will tell you about myself to let you know a little about me, and answer any questions you may have. I want to know your needs, wants, and what you are looking for, I try to make it as affordable as possible for you, and give you a great and memorable experience. At the same time I want my customers to leave wanting to come back and work together again because they had a great time and loved their results, while also building a friendship! Please let me know if you have any allergies, or sensitivities, it is important me to keep my clients safe and their skin and hair in great condition. I can tailor my products to you, as well as create a personalized makeup palette for you designed specifically for your skin that you can order through me.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am always looking for the newest and latest and greatest ways to do things, but I also like to simplify things so that my clients can learn things as well so they can learn things when I am not around to do it for them.
