About
We are a factory trained VELUX Signature skylight specialist. What does that mean? We install skylights all day everyday which means we know what we are doing when it comes to skylights. Why gamble with the other guy who does skylights “once in awhile” and end up with a leak. ***************** to Get it done right the first time.

Scott was really quick and efficient! He is one of the most professional contractors I've ever encountered. Due to an unexpected accident in a prior job, Scott could not make it to his initial scheduled appointment with us. To make up the missed appointment, he agreed to fix 3 items (dishwasher leak, re-hung a fallen blind, and install 2 cabinet door knobs) free of charge. He was very responsive throughout the process and he fixed these 3 things fast and great! Would hire him again without doubt. Thanks for the great work!

Tim did a great job at installing baseboard moulding I needed to replace before moving out of my apartment. Given the time constraint, they were the only company that replied promptly and professionally. I would highly recommend them for any project, big or small!
Details: Baseboards • Drywall • No, I will need the carpenter to provide the molding or trim • This is just an installation job - no design needed • Solid wood • 0 - 40 ft • I do not need it painted or stained
M&M took on a challenging job (skylight replacement on a third floor roof with difficult access) and did stellar work. Highly recommend them and plan on using them again for another project!
Details: 1 window • Skylight • Residential

We hired these guys to install a chair rail in a room we were remodeling. We painted it ourselves but didn’t have the tools required to install the chair rail properly. These guys were reasonably priced and did an okay job but I don’t really feel like I got what I paid for. If I’m paying someone to install something, I guess I expect it to be 100% completed. But they nailed the chair rail to the wall and that was it. I did’t pay them to paint so I wasn’t expecting that but none of the nail holes or cut seams were sealed. I can paint but I’m no contractor so the finished job definitely doesn’t look professional unfortunately. For the amount I paid, I just expected for them to do that work.
Details: Chair or picture rail (less common) • Drywall • Plaster • Yes, I will provide the molding or trim • This is just an installation job - no design needed • Engineered wood • 41 - 80 ft • I would like it painted
M&M Skylights's reply
Hi Michael, I apologize for the miscommunication on this. Nail holes, seams etc are usually filled and sanded by whoever is painting as they know what color paint is being used and can match the caulking and filler needed. When we weee complete this issue was never brought up prior to us leaving
