Certapro Painters of Southern New Hampshire was a complete joy to work with from start to finish. They were responsive, attentive, and professional throughout the entire process. We had them paint 400 of welded gas lines and the crew did an outstanding job. Owner even called me to help coordinate. Customer service 10/10

We were very impressed with the CertaPro paint team. Lionela , Geovanna , Gabriel, Yorgenis , Edward , Jos & Braulio did such an amazing job. The work ethic of the team was exceptional. Lots of scraping , detail to the painting & the walk thru was showed care & focus to the job that needed to be completed. Will stayed in contact with us thru the entire process. Chris gave us a quote that was fair & was accurate for the needs of our home. We would highly recommend CertaPro for your next painting job.

We had our 200+ yr old home painted by Will and his team. As a 25 yr general contractor I know all too well that rarely does a construction job not have issues. The mark of honor and distinction is how you handle the issues. We had challenges, but they were all handled well. We were very pleased with the end results and would recommend them for your exterior painting project

We used CertaPro Painters a few years ago fo the exterior of our home and as we were happy with those results decided to try them again for some additional projects. We could not be more pleased. The painting of the bathroom, the coffered ceiling in the family room, deck and porch is absolutely beautiful. The hard work, time and effort by painters Chris and Aaron was impressive. They both went above and beyond. Truly professionals. We will certainly call CertaPro for future projects.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We do a custom quote for each job. We want to understand your vision for the project and we need to physically see the job to provide the most accurate price and gage the scope of the work. Wall heights, surface repairs, surface textures, paint quality, etc. all play a role in the price.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1. Contact the customer after receiving their estimate request
2. Find a day & time when we can meet at the property being painted
3. Listen to the customers needs and expectations for the project
4. Enter the project details in our computer to create the proposal for the project
5. Review the proposal with the customer to ensure all the details were captured
6. Embrace questions from customer
7. Leave a proposal with the customer
8. Follow-up with the customer within 1 - 2 weeks
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Each CertaPro painter is highly trained and skilled - we make sure the work is done professionally every time! Our painter has many years of experience painting. If we have a painter with minimal experience, they are paired with an experienced painter.
