Our multi-site Residential and Adult Day Health Programs have worked with Arete Rehab for over 3 years and we can't stop singing their praises. They provide therapeutic services for our frail elders, adults with cognitive challenges, members living with various forms of Dementia and elder residents in our surrounding communities.Above and beyond the individualized care that Arete provides for our referred members, their therapeutic specialists provide activity consultation to our Activities Coordinators, in-servicing to our direct care/clinical team, strength-training and mobility support to our Fitness First centers and even memory care drum circles!!The pandemic forced us to close our congregate settings for 4 months. During this time, Arete's fearless therapists continued to provide supportive services in our members' homes.I have never heard the word "no" from their amazing team. They provide us with timely therapy documentation for our health records, adhere to all of our safety/sanitation protocols and engage all efforts to raise the quality of our programming.We have recently invited Arete to join our Advisory Council as a community care provider. Pre-pandemic, Arete Rehab was instrumental in helping Silverthorne Adult Day to provide our participants with the best possible care. Almost daily, a representative from Arete would be on-site providing PT, OT and/or Speech therapy services to our participants. Besides helping their clients, these wonderful health care workers would provide our staff with additional training and support.Our families loved the opportunity to have the services delivered during the day, while in our program, and we loved having the opportunity to work with this fantastic group. While here in our building, they often provided an extra set of hands and eyes, and time and again recognized when a participant might benefit from the therapeutic services they provide, helping to keep our participants safer and stronger at program and at home.Arete continues to service many of our participants at home during this pandemic. We are looking forward to the day we can welcome them back into our building to provide these necessary services and to work in tandem with us to provide our participants with the finest care.

Arete Rehab works with many of the residents at Nichols Village providing them with safe and effective physical and occupational therapy. I have also experienced their work privately for my own mother. Her balance improved with the exercises taught by the staff of Arete. They are always professional and respectful with all their clients and peers.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We accept many different insurances for our services, Medicare, medicaid, UHC, Aetna, Commonwealth Care, New Hampshire Healthy Families, Martins Point, BC/BS, TriCare, Harvard Pilgrim, Cigna, Humana, just to name a few.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
A new referral goes through our intake process to obtain insurance information and consent for services. Once that is completed, our admission packet is sent out for patient/caregiver review and then the services are scheduled.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Many of our therapists are Doctors of Physical Therapy, Master level prepared Occupational Therapists and Certified Clinically Competent Speech Language Pathologists. We have therapists specializing in various areas.
