- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We accept many different insurances for our services, Medicare, medicaid, UHC, Aetna, Commonwealth Care, New Hampshire Healthy Families, Martins Point, BC/BS, TriCare, Harvard Pilgrim, Cigna, Humana, just to name a few.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
A new referral goes through our intake process to obtain insurance information and consent for services. Once that is completed, our admission packet is sent out for patient/caregiver review and then the services are scheduled.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Many of our therapists are Doctors of Physical Therapy, Master level prepared Occupational Therapists and Certified Clinically Competent Speech Language Pathologists. We have therapists specializing in various areas.
